Hi, I’m Kirsten

Your Movement & Mindfulness Bestie

Throughout my 15+ years in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, fitness Pilates, and yoga instructor, I’ve had the privilege of teaching my YOGA GYM classes at studios across Toronto and on retreats in Peru, Italy, Africa, and beyond!

Now, I’m the proud co-owner of ALIVE Movement Studio in Toronto, where you can find YOGA GYM classes in person every week.

And soon, YOGA GYM will also be coming to YouTube!

​

My classes are designed to keep you motivated as you push, kick, and punch your way through physical challenges that reflect the mental challenges we face in everyday life.

My teaching style is light-hearted, laid-back, and always FUN (with a spicy twist!). And yes, you might just get hit with a few lame puns while working those buns!
