Throughout my 12+ years in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, I've had the privilege of teaching my YOGA GYM classes at studios across Toronto and on retreats in Peru, Italy, Africa and more! My classes are designed to keep you motivated by getting you to push, kick and punch your way through physical challenges that mirror the mental challenges we face in our daily lives. My approach to teaching is light-hearted, laid back and FUN (with a spicy twist!) You may even get hit with some lame puns while you work those buns!
